International Journal of Lipids

Aims And Scope

The International Journal of Lipids (IJL) is a trending field. All manuscripts that are accepted for publication are made freely available on the journal's website, thereby ensuring maximum access to the journal’s contents. The journal seeks to provide researchers with well-informed, accurate research on a variety of topics in the lipid field. The journal also accepts papers on the role of lipids in human health and disease, as well as papers on dietary lipids.

The primary focus of IJL is on the science of lipids, which includes research on the structure, biosynthesis, biochemistry, genetics, and biotechnology of lipids. Sub-topics include lipid chemistry, lipid metabolism, lipid transport, lipid biochemistry, lipid structures, and lipid-protein interactions. The journal also publishes research related to nutrition, obesity, and health, as well as papers on food science and food technology. In addition, the journal accepts manuscripts on the role of lipids in human health and disease.

The journal encourages authors to submit manuscripts that have the potential to advance the field of lipid research. IJL is committed to providing authors with a high-quality publishing experience. We take pride in our mission to provide the highest quality publishing service for our authors. We are dedicated to supporting the development of research in the field of lipid science and providing our authors with a quality publication experience.
