Publication-Specific Terms
Matters relating to journal title conflicts may be brought to our attention. Based on severity and applicable criteria, appropriate action will be taken.
Refund policy: Refunds cannot be provided under any circumstance. Authors should ensure that duplicate payments are not made. In cases of overpayment or other payment issues, a publication credit may be issued toward a future article, with the previously paid amount deducted.
Retractions do not attract any form of refund.
Articles published in Open Access Pub journals are considered for PubMed indexation if and only if they are NIH-funded.
Withdrawal charges: A fee of approximately USD 150 (or 30% of APC for active journals; refer to the journal’s APC page) applies if a paper is withdrawn more than 3 days after submission.
Open Access Pub reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion at any time and without prior notice. Please review this page periodically. Your continued use of any service following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of and agreement to those changes.
