By enrolling in our membership program, an affordable charge can be made to publish a number of articles within a designated timeframe. Additionally, our membership program assists institutional administrators in managing Open Access publications. The funds received from the membership program will be allocated towards covering the Article Processing Charges (APC).
 

Membership offers authors a significant advantage of a complete waiver of article processing charges (APC) and provides additional valuable benefits, such as language improvement, for the entire duration of their subscription. The membership is valid from the date of subscription and remains active for the number of years subscribed, from the start date to the end date.

Individual Membership 
 

To be eligible for the waiver, it is required that you are either the author or co-author of the manuscript being submitted. During the selected membership period, you may select any of our journals for publication and take advantage of the benefits offered to authors.

• Offers a certificate of membership.
• An author may submit an unlimited number of manuscripts per year, with the exception of special issues.
• A 30% discount is being offered for the special issue APC.
• Discount offers provided by our partners for conferences are contingent upon availability and the terms set forth by our partners.

Institutional Membership

An institutional membership offers complimentary publication services to authors affiliated with the subscribing institution during the designated subscription period, in accordance with the terms of the offer provided during that period. Additionally, authors may enjoy benefits such as language editing. To obtain this membership, it is necessary for your institution to become a member of OAP by remitting the membership fees. Subsequently, an email from an authorized representative of the institution, confirming that the manuscript is affiliated with the institution, will suffice. Furthermore, at least one author must be affiliated with the same institution.

How to apply?

• We are pleased to inform you that a complete exemption from author publication charges, which are typically required, is available for publication in an open access journal. This offer is valid for a specified number of manuscripts, in accordance with your membership plan, for the duration of your subscription to the aforementioned journal.
• A plagiarism report may be obtained for up to 10 documents of your choice from a standard plagiarism-checking platform, such as authenticate, prior to their actual submission.
• A preliminary examination of your manuscript, known as a desk review, will be conducted by one of the peer reviewers. Recommendations will be offered to enhance your manuscript in various areas prior to submission.
• Language improvement service
• A complimentary service is available for your scientific manuscript, provided by Native English speakers, which would otherwise require payment. This service guarantees that your manuscript will not be rejected due to inadequacies in language or grammar.
• We are pleased to announce that exclusive discounts and offers will be made available for the forthcoming Conferences and Scientific Events.
• The validity of membership commences from the date of subscription and extends for the duration of the subscribed number of years, that is, from the initial date to the final date.
   

Important points to be noted

• The exclusive services offered through membership must be utilized within the designated timeframe. Failure to utilize the allotted limit does not warrant an extension.
• If you desire to extend your membership prior to its expiration, it may be extended at your convenience.
• It is imperative that the renewal process be completed prior to the deadline in order to take advantage of the opportunity to carry forward any remaining service slots. Failure to do so will result in the invalidation of said opportunity.
