Aims And Scope

Open Access Pub launched an Open Access, Peer-Reviewed Journal "International Journal Of Nutrition" ISSN: 2379-7835. IJN concentrates on the review of manuscripts that address human, animal, cellular, and molecular nutrition, and is especially interested in publishing articles that advance the understanding of nutritional mechanisms in human populations, in animals, in relevant model organisms, inappropriate primary cells, cell culture models, and at the molecular level. Manuscripts addressing interactions of nutrition with genetics, physiological regulation, health, and behavioral outcomes are generally well suited for publication in IJN.

We welcome submissions from researchers around the world and strive to represent diverse perspectives and approaches. Another important aim of our journal is to promote the dissemination of nutrition research findings to a broad audience. With advances in the fields of molecular biology, biochemistry, nutritional immunology, molecular medicine, and genetics, the study of nutrition is increasingly concerned with metabolism and metabolic pathways.

All papers addressing the evolving nutritional science in all aspects are welcome. Authors can contact the Editor-in-Chief in advance to inquire about the potential suitability of their research topic for review.
