Low-Income Country Waivers
Authors from World Bank-classified low-income countries are eligible for full APC waivers. Partial waivers available for lower-middle income countries. No questions asked.
Hardship Waivers
Individual authors facing financial hardship may request discretionary waivers. Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis during submission.

The APC is a one-time charge. There are no submission fees, page charges, color figure fees, or supplementary material charges. What you see is what you pay.
