Individual Researchers, Authors Membership

An Individual Membership is designed for researchers, academicians, and independent authors who are actively engaged in advancing the scientific community. This encompasses discounts or waivers on Article Processing Charges (APCs), enabling members to publish their research at reduced rates. Additionally, members may benefit from expedited handling of their manuscripts and access to language editing services.

• To qualify for the waiver, you must be an author or co-author of the submitted manuscript.
• Authors can submit an unlimited number of manuscripts annually, except for special issues.
• A 30% discount is available for the special issue article processing charge (APC).
• Membership benefits encompass certificate and exclusive access to journal updates. 
• Additionally, individual members are often recognized on the journal’s website, increasing their visibility in the research community. 
   

Student Membership

The Student Membership is specially designed to support aspiring researchers and students involved in academic or scientific research. To qualify, students must provide a recommendation letter from their department head, research supervisor, or group leader at the time of submission. Students can contribute as authors or co-authors, gaining hands-on experience in the academic publishing process and building their publication portfolio early in their careers. This membership is a valuable stepping stone for students looking to showcase their research, connect with the broader scientific community, and begin establishing their academic reputation.​ Additional perks include publish unlimited number of articles in the period of membership, a personalized membership certificate, and access to journal updates.
 

Institutional Membership

Academic institutions, including universities and research labs, have the opportunity to optimize their research publication process by partnering with our esteemed publishing house. Our institutional memberships offer the convenience of enabling multiple authors to publish under a single membership, thereby streamlining administrative procedures. Additionally, institutions can take advantage of exclusive discounts, allowing them to effectively manage their publishing budget while enhancing the reach of their research findings.​ Additionally, we provide a certificate of membership to acknowledge and honor our members' contributions to the scientific community.

Corporate/Industry Membership

Corporate or Industry Membership is aimed at private companies, biotech firms, pharmaceutical organizations, and other commercial entities involved in research and innovation. This membership facilitates strategic collaboration between industry and academia by allowing companies to publish their research findings, case studies in peer-reviewed journals. Members benefit from discounted or waived APCs for their employees. Corporate members may also be invited to contribute to special issues and collaborate on industry-focused editorials. How to Apply

To become a member, please choose the appropriate membership plan and email the following details to membership@openaccesspub.org

• The journal(s) of interest

Researchers are encouraged to include any additional questions or specific requests related to the membership options. Once all required information is received and any uncertainties have been clarified, the membership application will be promptly processed. For those interested in an extended membership period or customized arrangements, please reach out to discuss available options.
 

Important Points to be Noted

• Utilize exclusive membership services within the designated validity period. Unused entitlements cannot be carried forward unless explicitly stated.
• Extend membership before the expiration date, subject to applicable terms and conditions. Early renewal is recommended for uninterrupted benefits.
• The journal provides a 20% waiver on membership renewal fees as an incentive for existing members to continue their association with the journal publishing house. This waiver is applicable when the membership is renewed before the expiration date of the current agreement.
• Renewals submitted after the deadline will not be eligible for the continuation of unused services.
