Student Membership
Our Student Membership program is designed to support and empower the next generation of scientists and clinicians. Through this initiative, young researchers gain access to essential tools, publishing opportunities, and academic exposure.  

• Unlimited manuscript submissions during the membership term (excluding special issues).  
• Eligibility to publish as an author or co-author, fostering academic growth.  
• Personalized Membership Certificate, recognizing contributions to scholarly publishing.  
• To apply, students must submit a brief recommendation letter from a faculty member, department head, or research advisor. 
   

Institutional Membership
The Institutional Membership is designed for academic institutions, research centers, hospitals, and medical schools aiming to facilitate research publication for faculty and affiliated professionals.  

• Centralized publishing access, allowing multiple authors to publish under a single membership.  
• Discounted APCs, with partial or full waivers for a designated number of submissions annually.  
• Official Certificate of Membership, formally acknowledging institutional contributions. 
   

Corporate/Industry Membership
Our Corporate/Industry Membership is tailored for private companies, biotech firms, pharmaceutical developers, and healthcare innovators seeking to collaborate with the scientific and clinical communities.

• Formal recognition through a Corporate Membership Certificate, honoring contributions to scientific innovation.

To apply for membership, kindly send an email to membership@openaccesspub.org with the following details:  

- Full Name  
- Institutional or Corporate Affiliation  
- Complete Mailing Address  
- Preferred Journal(s)  
Upon receipt, our team will carefully review your application and promptly guide you through the next steps. 
 
Key Renewal Guidelines:
1. Membership benefits must be utilized within the designated validity period. Unused entitlements cannot be carried forward unless explicitly stated.  
2. Renew before the expiration date to maintain continuous access to exclusive benefits. Early renewal is highly recommended.  
3. Existing members receive a 10% renewal fee waiver when renewing before expiration, rewarding continued involvement.  
4. Late renewals will not qualify for the continuation of unused services. To avoid disruptions, timely renewal is encouraged.
