Individual Researchers, Authors Membership

As a member of the Journal, individual researchers and authors can enjoy a range of benefits. We provide significant discounts on Article Processing Charges (APC), making it more cost-effective to publish your research. Additionally, we are dedicated to recognizing and showcasing the expertise and achievements of individual researchers and authors.  To be eligible for APC waivers, you must be listed as an author or co-author of the submitted manuscript. Upon registration, members receive a membership certificate. Authors can submit an unlimited number of manuscripts annually, with the exception of special issues, and a 30% discount on the APC is available for articles submitted to special issues.

Student Membership

The Student Membership is tailored to support aspiring researchers and students engaged in academic or scientific research. To be eligible, students are required to submit a recommendation letter from their department head, research supervisor, or group leader at the time of application. This membership allows students to contribute as an author or co-author, providing them with practical experience in the academic publishing process and enabling them to build their publication portfolio early in their careers. It serves as a valuable platform for students to showcase their research, engage with the wider scientific community, and commence the establishment of their academic reputation. Additional benefits include the ability to publish an unlimited number of articles during the membership period, a personalized membership certificate, and access to journal updates.

Institutional Membership

Partnering with our distinguished publishing house can help academic institutions, such as universities and research labs, streamline their research publication process. Our institutional memberships enable multiple authors to publish under a single membership, offering special discounts and a certificate of membership to acknowledge and celebrate our members' valuable contributions to the scientific community.

Corporate/Industry Membership

Corporate or Industry Membership is aimed at private companies, biotech firms, pharmaceutical organizations, and other commercial entities involved in research and innovation. This membership facilitates strategic collaboration between industry and academia by allowing companies to publish their research findings and case studies in peer-reviewed journals. Members benefit from discounted or waived article processing charges (APCs) for their employees. Corporate members may also be invited to contribute to special issues and collaborate on industry-focused editorials. This partnership enhances the company’s reputation in the academic community and supports the dissemination of corporate-funded research. Additionally, we provide a certificate of membership to acknowledge and honor our members' contributions to the scientific community.

To join as a member, kindly select the suitable membership plan and send an email to membership@openaccesspub.org with the following details:
 

- Full name
- Institutional affiliation
- Complete mailing address
- The journal(s) of interest
 

We encourage researchers to include any additional questions or specific requests related to their membership application.

Important Points to be Noted

1. Exclusive Membership Services: Please make the most of the exclusive membership services within the designated validity period. Kindly note that unused entitlements cannot be carried forward unless explicitly stated.

2. Early Renewal: We recommend considering an early renewal before the expiration date, subject to applicable terms and conditions. Early renewal ensures uninterrupted access to benefits and privileges associated with your membership.

3. Renewal Incentive: As a token of appreciation for your ongoing support, existing members are entitled to a 10% waiver on membership renewal fees. This incentive is applicable when renewing before the expiration date of the current agreement.

4. Deadline for Renewals: It is important to note that renewals submitted after the deadline will not be eligible for the continuation of unused services.
