The International Journal of Limnology (IJLI) is a peer-reviewed, open access journal that publishes original research articles and reviews related to the ecological and biological aspects of inland waters. With topics ranging from the biochemistry and physics of lakes and ponds to aquatic ecosystem dynamics, the journal seeks to explore the diversity of aquatic ecosystems, from freshwater and brackish to marine environments. The journal encourages contributions from a wide variety of disciplines, such as biology, ecology, chemistry, hydrology, geology.
