Aims And Scope

 

The Journal of Immunology and Geriatrics (JIG) is an open access, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to the advancement of knowledge and research in areas related to immunology and geriatrics. The journal strives to provide a platform to promote research, encourage collaboration and broaden the understanding of related topics across the field of immunology and geriatrics.


The goal of JIG is to bridge the gap between the research and practice of immunology and geriatrics by unifying the latest developments in the field and providing a forum for critical evaluation, debate, and discussion of relevant topics. The journal encourages submissions from established scientists and clinicians, as well as young researchers and clinicians in training, from all around the world.


The scope of the journal will include the following topics: immunotherapy, vaccinations, autoimmunity, transplantation, diabetes, aging, immune system diseases and disorders, infectious diseases and gerontology, drug development, bone and joint health, preventive and regenerative medicine, immunogenetics, and any other related topics.


The journal aims to publish articles which provide insight into understanding of the immunological and geriatric systems, and to foster the development and advancement of treatments and practices in these fields. We also welcome papers from all related disciplines, such as epidemiology, public health, community health, nursing, psychology and psychiatry, and health economics.

The Journal of Immunology and Geriatrics (JIG) is committed to promoting the advancement of knowledge and research in the field of immunology and geriatrics and welcomes contributions from authors from all over the world.
